I attended Spencer Ashford Hospital which was easy to find and was able to park nearby in the carpark using a Blue Badge displayed. Access was at ground level with no steps. Reception staff greeted me straight away and booked me in, provided necessary to complete my procedure. Toilets were easily accessed just off Reception and there is a water machine free. All staff including the medical team that I saw were engaging, jovial yet professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with about three patients waiting. Mr Georgios Papadopoulos explained the procedure that I was undergoing in depth and was unrushed and very calm and inquired whether I had questions. His team were as fantastic ensuring that I was at ease throughout. At no point did I feel under pressure to leave after the procedure.
I am a very nervous patient but I find everyone friendly and approachable, which goes a long way to helping me manage my anxiety.
Overall, it was a good experience, however I was disappointed that the surgeon didn’t have anymore useful suggestions or to look into anything else with the pain I’ve been experiencing
Everyone I encountered on my visit was kind and considerate., taking time to explain matters and ensuring any questions I had were answered.
Had a hysteroscopy, everyone was friendly and everything was really quick and painless which helped my nerves

I was treated as a valued person and everyone was kind and helpful. The procedure was explained to me as it went on.
Quite difficult to locate the building. It was very dark. I had no infomation on where to park my car as I now believe I could have parked close to the facility. The technician was 1st class. He put me at ease and he answered my questions sympathetically.
