4 images of scans, MRI scan 2015 and 2025, DaT scan 2015 and 2025 were sent to Dr. Saifee a week earlier. It was hoped that Dr. Saifee would bisually show and discuss the changes between the time lapse of 10 years. He did however, verbally tell us that he had seen the change in the images and it pointed to Parkinson’s disease.
From a medical point of view it was perfect but from a practical view, there are steps up into the private side of the hospital and I use a rollator. Had I been unaccompanied I should have needed assistance to enter the building.
I have had a couple of visits to Queen Square recently and it's been a pleasure each time. The staff have been efficient, welcoming and friendly, the facilities are spotless and the consultants have been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to meet with. I would recommend Queen Square to anyone in need of medical advice.
Wonderful care and treatment foran occipital craniotomy.
The wait time for appointments is very long, and rescheduling takes even longer. Even if you check in early or arrive on time, you still end up waiting a long time to see the doctor which is actually worse than the NHS itself It would be helpful to leave some gaps between appointments in case you need to spend extra time with a patient. People’s time is just as valuable as yours.
We're really sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. If you would like to talk about your experience in more detail, please email us directly at uclh.private.enquiries@nhs.net and we will see if we can find out a bit more for you.
Assessment was delayed in middle of consultation so quite a wait
The consulting rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful and pleasant.
