Private Care at Guy’s at London Bridge Hospital

I had an excellent experience. Professor Preston assembled an excellent team for my surgery Ashe everything worked with absolute precision. Professor Preston was reassuring and went beyond expectations making considerable time for checkup during my 7 days in hospital. The staff was extremely positive and expert. I always felt I was in the best hands and that it was a true team effort. The sunny dispositions of the staff and their gentle sense of humour set me up for success. I am extremely grateful to have Professor Preston as my doctor. I would not have wanted anyone else, he is the best. Also, Andreea is such a fantastic team member. She is a real advocate for the patients and maintains consistent contact, pushing things through, checking in on status and trying to make things convenient. She is sensitive and passionate about her work and a real pleasure to work with. Across the board the team has built a strong and integrated ecosystem for care that I believe is peerless. I’ll be writing more in the coming days to relate the full scope of excellence I experienced.

Absolute perfection!

The private care at Guy's London bridge was very good.

Everyone I met through the process of surgery and recovery was kind, attentive and reassurance. The facilities were great and the healthcare excellent.

I had to wait in reception for well over half an hour before someone came to take me to my room. Very worrying time

Excellent 5 * care, very friendly, caring and competent staff

My experience at London Bridge has been having scans and chemotherapy. My chemotherapy was folfox. The nurses were kind and the experience was good. I would advise that patients receiving folfox or Capox should be offered warm water as only having cold water is not good with the cold sensitivity.

My only feedback would be that I sometimes felt that they were incredibly busy.
