I recently attended The Cavell Hospital for a spinal procedure, and overall, my experience was very positive. The hospital itself is exceptionally clean, and the room I stayed in was surprisingly comfortable, more like a hotel than a clinical setting. This made a big difference in helping me feel at ease before and after the procedure. The staff were attentive, supportive, and professional throughout. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt well looked after. Their care both before and after the procedure was excellent. The only downsides were the long wait before being taken down for the procedure and the parking situation. Although the hospital offers free parking, the car park is very small, and it’s often impossible to find a space when attending appointments. This can add stress to an otherwise smooth experience. Overall, The Cavell Hospital provides high‑quality care in a clean, comfortable environment with excellent staff. With improvements to waiting times and parking, it would be exceptional.
