Christie was my nurse and I just want to say how amazing she was. So kind, calm and made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. The hospital was run so well, was clean and a lovely calm environment. Dr Swanton and the team that came in to see me throughout the day were all fantastic. Cannot thank you all enough.
My stay at the Berkshire Independent Hospital was comfortable, I found the staff very accommodation and caring.
Very easy, reasonably short wait. Proactively managed by clinic.
From initial consultation through to follow up phone call, Mr Midya was clear, thorough, helpful, caring and approachable. I was treated with respect and kindness by all hospital staff and the hospital itself provided a clean calm and reassuring environment. Really happy with the whole experience.

The experience was excellent but the post-consultation service has not lived up to expectation. I was promised a referral to Physiolistic in Henley on Thames and I haven't received it, one week after the appointment.

Environment was calm; room was lovely, comfortable and welcoming; nursing staff were fantastic. Mostly the same nursing care for each shift which was great. Also food selection was pretty good too. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very professional and friendly, I had the most comfortable stay in a private room, the staff were very attentive and did everything they could to make me more comfortable. Food was delicious and as my first time going private the bar was set very high.
