I only went for a pre-op Swab,The nurse was very pleasant, kind and professional. She knows very well how to welcome patients.

My recent follow up visit for my eye tests and consultation with Professor Viswanathan was excellent . I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and advice. My eye condition has stabilised and improved greatly and I genuinely feel extremely lucky to have been under his care . Alastair and Greeshma made me feel at ease during the eye tests and are so kind friendly and helpful and helped to make my experience very comfortable and enjoyable whereas previously I had always been very anxious . I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Very good reception, waiting room was good with coffee /tea which was nice. I was actually seen slightly early very good.

My recent visit involved a scan , consultation with Professor Reid and blood tests.The whole experience was excellent and all the staff were beyond helpful and most attentive.

No other experiences to compare with, but the experience was excellent, great fast pre-op prep and consultation with surgeons who genuinely had time, great advice and knowledge and made me feel I was in the right place.

Such a professional practice, I felt looked after and cared for. All concerns addressed and dealt with .

Dr Ratnavel is exceptionally thorough and professional,, and has given me reassurance that the skin condition I have has been successfully treated. He has also guided me on ways to manage it in the future and how to stay safe in the sun whilst still enjoying being outdoors. I’m very grateful for his guidance and professionalism. I would highly recommend to family, friends and colleagues.
