It was so lovely to be able to talk to a person and get a response to your problem and be able to get to see a consultant with in a short period I know that is what you are paying for but being able to talk to somebody and them get back to you with a response is wonderful
All staff were positive and helpful during my visit. My consultant was informative and professional, ensuring a relaxed process. Information given was thoroughly and questions asked were answered. A great experience. Thank you
Very polite and efficient staff. Only had one long way Reception prior to Christmas but otherwise excellent service.. particularly love the friendly staff in the MRI unit

All the staff are lovely. They smile and are very helpful
Lovely staff - particularly lady who gave me X-ray and consultant. Toilets were out of order and only one in use. Was not clean.
